FPA Regulates Pesticide Imports
In the Philippines, the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) is the national regulator for pesticides. Before any pesticide can be imported or sold, it must be registered with the FPA. This rule applies to all importers and distributors.
You can check the public list of FPA registered pesticides on the FPA website. That list shows which products already have approval. If your product is not on the list, you'll need to work with a local registrant to file an application.

No, we cannot file the registration. Only a Philippine entity can hold a registration. We support your local registrant with technical data and samples.
Do you have FPA registered pesticides?
CHICO does not hold FPA registrations. We supply unregistered technical or formulated products to importers who manage their own registration. Check the FPA list for products already approved.
What do I need from CHICO to start my FPA application?
